Toronto police and the family of Christopher Skinner have both issued cash rewards for help finding the killer of the 27-year-old who was described yesterday as a “collector of friends.”

“The SUV proceeded to drive directly over top of Christopher Skinner … and just drove away,” Detective Stacy Gallant said Tuesday morning while announcing a $50,000 incentive for witnesses to come forward.

An emotion group of Skinner’s family and friends attended a press conference held at the corner of Adelaide and Victoria streets, the scene of Skinner’s death, Tuesday morning. Tears openly fell from his sister’s eyes as his godfather announced an additional $25,000 reward from money raised by family and friends.
