‘The Only gay in the town’ loses tribunal case, Austrilia

A GAY man who claims he was discriminated against in a small town has had his case thrown out because he was the kind of person who was always miffed at others.
The Administrative Decisions Tribunal found that the man had a personality that made him think his rights were constantly being violated, the Daily Telegraph reported.
The man, who can be identified only as MT, says he was repeatedly forced to leave his New South Wales town of 2500 because of harassment over his sexuality.
